Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe. We also collect usage data automatically, including URLs you submit for analysis, generated ad creatives, device information, IP address, browser type, and interaction patterns with the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process your subscriptions and payments; (c) generate ad creatives from URLs you submit; (d) send transactional emails about your account; (e) analyze usage patterns to improve performance and features; (f) detect and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI Processing

When you submit a URL, our AI systems research the website's content, branding, and market context to generate ad creatives. This processing involves third-party AI providers. We send only the necessary data to these providers and do not share your personal account information with them. Generated outputs may be temporarily cached to improve performance.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) payment processors (Stripe) to handle billing; (b) cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud, Vercel) to host the Service; (c) AI service providers to generate content; (d) law enforcement when required by law. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated ad creatives are stored in your account until you delete them. Usage analytics are retained in aggregated, anonymized form. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication via Firebase, and access controls on our infrastructure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for your account.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) delete your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) object to or restrict certain processing; (f) withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@claivra.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Contact
